I would not recommend using this salon. The owner, Kathryn, ghosted me like some kind of Tinder date instead of a client of 5+ years. She was there through both my pregnancies, maternity photo shoots, color changes, everything. I felt like we were pretty close as far as stylist/clients go. I had not talked to her since January at my last appointment, so I sent her a text message in August saying hey, I need to go ahead and make an appointment to get a cut and color. I didn’t hear back from her and assumed she was just busy, so a few days later sent another text. It said hey I know you’re probably really busy, just get back to me when you can. After another week of not hearing from her, I actually became concerned about her well being since this was so uncharacteristic of her. I was her friend on Instagram, her personal and her salon accounts. I got on Instagram and saw she had posted on both accounts. I didn’t comment on anything on those accounts, and I saw she was planning a big vaca
