Based on the ratings, I thought this place would be a good place to get my dreadlocks done. It doesn't look like this has happened to anyone but when it came to the day to get my hair done, Miss Pamela (the one that was going to do my hair) was not there. My appointment was at 12:00 P. M. and I was 2 mins late. I sent her an email about rescheduling to Monday along with a question and she insisted I come to the shop. I also texted her asking if I could come today but she said it was the last day to resolve this issue. I then asked what time she closes so I could see if I could make it but it seems she became impatient or frustrated and told me not to contact her about service anymore and she'll refund my card; "thanks," and most likely blocked me. I am unaware if I did anything to cause her to do this.
Me and my family only come here to get our hair done by Pam. She is amazing!
