Great haircut and color. Took way too long (4hrs) and was way more expensive than I have ever paid! $280 for haircut and low lights! My hair is medium length and fairly thin. Will not be back. Service: Hairstyling

I am so sad writing this review but I had a terrible experience at Attitudes. There are so many things I could highlight but the main thing is I received the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. I am honestly confused by all the wonderful reviews because even though Jeanne claims she has been cutting hair for decades, she had absolutely no idea what she was doing and butchered my hair. She did the opposite of what I requested and at the end said I know we were going to do this but I didn’t want to. I went in for a simple trim, no layers and left with 6 inches gone and layers upon layers and side bangs. Not to mention it took 3 hours. Never in my life has a trim taken 3 hours. Apart from my hair, the place was a mess with previous customers hair still on the floor, random things all over the place, the brush she used on me looked like it was 20 years old. This place is HORRIBLE!! Hands down the worst experience at a salon I have ever had! Jeanie cut my layers so short, that I had to wear my hair in pony tail until it grew out. I showed her a picture of my hair from the past, she did not give me the color that was in the picture, admitting to me that she did not, she still charged me for the colors. I was there for 6 hours!! She pasted me from girl to girl, who were absolutely unprofessional! After admitting to me that she did not give me what I asked for, and keeping me there all day, she then charged me... $400.00!!! An absolute night mare!! *Edit* to your response, it took you 8 years to respond.... You absolutely did my hair, once. That’s all it took to never come back. And I still think it was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
