Sharing this 2 years later because it still irks me today. I used to work for stone salon as a receptionist and went to them religiously to get my hair done. I booked an appointment for the day of my 21st birthday to be finished before my night celebration. I got there at 1:45, 15 minutes before my appointment, and had to wait an HOUR before the stylist even touched my hair. I had highlights from my previous appointment and asked for more of a balayage look. The stylist did her thing and the end result was the top of my head was copper and the bottom was platinum. I’m sure you can picture that outcome. I was so disappointed when I looked in the mirror but didn’t have the guts to say it to my previous colleague. I continued on with my night having my friends tell me I need to go back and get it fixed. I called the next day asking for an immediate appointment and they told me I could come in that Friday. I just had my hair done for the first time in 4-5 years and I love it! I've had just a few trims within those years, but nothing more than that until now. Samantha (Sam) is who did my hair and she's awesome! She definitely knows what she's doing. I'll definitely be returning. The whole experience was very calming ????

Asked for balayage and got something way different. There was miscommunication BUT the stylist took time to make sure it was fixed exactly how I wanted it. My only true complaint is the hair washing lady was in a brawl with my scalp. Services: Hairstyling, Balayage
