Suzy is the well-kept secret here at this salon. When I first moved to Birmingham, I looked at a few fancier salons trying to find a place to get a reasonable and yet good haircut, but couldn't. I eventually stopped into No Limits just to try it out, and have been there ever since. Suzy does top-notch women's hair cuts. She is systematic and very capable. I also love conversing with her in general. While I can't recommend the whole place, I wholeheartedly can say that Suzy is great.

Tried this salon after getting a groupon deal. Glad I didn't pay full price. Cindy cut and highlighted my hair. She began cutting my VERY damaged ends dry -- when I questioned the process she said "I've been cutting hair for 30 yrs. This way I can see where the damage is." I assumed she was just getting rid of the obviously bad ends before giving me the highlight and would go back and give me a real cut. Wrong. The highlight came out beautiful, and her process was very fast -- faster than most since she uses paper instead of foil. I'm very pleased with the highlight and the processing time, so that's a big plus. BUT, after washing out the highlight, she proceeded to style my hair- no return to the cut or any effort to ensure the quick 6 snip cut was even. (I went to my regular stylist the next day and she cut (fixed) my hair. My stylist said it was uneven in back - no surprise - and she gave me a real cut - wet, small sections at a time, and comparing lengths from side to side and o
