It was my first time here and I had a 60 minute facial with Tiffany and it was amazing! She explained things throughly and it was overall a great experience :)

I scheduled a lash lift and had a misunderstanding of the time of the appointment. When they called to tell me that I missed my time, the girl on the phone was incredibly rude, I didn't get her name, she then went on to tell me that they would be charging me the FULL amount of my appointment even though I explained to her that I was mixed up on the times, there was even a appointment available right after but they said they "could not" reschedule me. She told me to email the manager, so I did, and I explained the situation and was on the way to what I thought was my appointment, the email I received back had no ounce of remorse, I was sent the terms and conditions and that they charged my card. After emailing back asking to reschedule, they did not respond. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and cannot imagine that a misunderstanding hasn't happened before. Do not recommend this business!!!!!

Being new to the area, I needed to find an eyelash extension place (I have had them for 10 years). They called and told me they were going to have to remove my old ones (which I understood). She was very sweet but $250 dollars later after tip…..my lashes didn’t look great. A week later, it looked like I had none. Two weeks later, I had none. I called and complained but the owner never called me back. It has been 3 1/2 weeks now and I will have to pay for a whole new set somewhere else. I would not have left a negative review if someone would have called me back and tried to make it right.
