I hate leaving bad reviews, and I’ll regret this as soon as I submit it, but 2 poor experiences in a row and this is my only leverage. Called on a Wednesday. Asked for an appointment. “no, we don’t do appointments, but as long as you get here before 6 we will cut your hair..” Ok, I show up at 5:30. 6 guys ahead of me. I’ve had longer waits.. 30 minutes pass. 3 guys left, making progress. Then, to my surprise, some new guy drives up, walks in and sits in the open chair. Clearly, they do make appointments, just not for everyone. I leave without a word because I’ve gotta be somewhere at 7. I had to work a little late on Thursday. But I figure I can make it before 6pm. It’s a 15 minute drive if I don’t catch too many red lights. Well, I caught one too many and show up at 6 on the dot. 2 guys waiting. “We’re not taking any more walk-ins” “Please, I had to work late and it’s just now 6pm. Long wait time. The way this place is run is like before internet. No appointments, walk-in only. You have to wait hours. There are couple of people who are generally very slow barbers, or they just spend the most time on old bald men for an extra tip. The manager is rude to employees and that effect everything. Your time worth more. Unless you’re retired and have nothing else to do but wait.

Megan has been cutting my hair for over a decade and she just can't miss. The others in there are also fantastic. The only place I'm comfortable getting my hair cut at.
