Because of the time difference, I ended up coming an hour early for one of my appointments. Brittni Culpepper, the owner, didn’t skip a beat. She fit me in without hesitation. Holly Sherwin has been doing my hair for 4 years now. I don’t even discuss what I want done to my hair, I trust her judgement and she just does what she wants and it looks phenomenal every single time. If you are interested in a Brazilian blowout that makes your hair silky smooth and frizz free for weeks, Holly is your girl. So, I called Halo last week on Thursday (4/6) when the girl who has done my hair for years had to cancel due to her pregnancy unfortunately (which I totally understand). I spoke to Caroline on the phone when I called. I knew it was super last minute and that it was Easter weekend so I wasn't too optimistic about getting in because I know they're popular. I told her what was going on, that I live in Atl, come home to get my hair done, and needed an appointment for that weekend or the next. I asked if anyone was available and she said "actually I am this weekend on Saturday and can do that for you!" I was SO HAPPY!! I booked with her, sent her my color formula and met her officially on that Saturday. When I walked in she offered to grab me a water or a mimosa! She was truly the sweetest, did an amazing job, and I explained what I wanted for the next time and she walked me through the process and my options. I will continue to use her!
