Tried to schedule a hair appointment for my wife with Kelly for 3:45. I made the appointment online a little before noon the same day. We get a call that we barely missed around 1:00 with a follow up text saying she canceled the appointment. We call to see if maybe that was just because we kissed the call where Kelly proceeded to be a giant a hole to my wife about how we should have had a voice-mail set up, she knew we'd get the text, and that she was in the process of leaving *right* when I scheduled the appointment. I think that's funny because it took her almost an hour before she could bother to try and call us. I guess appointments don't really mean anything and you can just cancel them because they're inconvenient for you. Maybe you shouldn't have had that slot open ????

Love the store but the manager i guess(blonde lady) ignores you to talk with the stuff , rolling her eyes at you.

Staff are very kind and helpful! Have been to their Brow Bar several times and always received wonderful service!
