I went in with my 2 girls and didn’t like the service or my end result. I didn’t like how the lady put my daughter on the spot when asking her boss or whoever about my girl getting her toes done. She made my daughter and I uncomfortable. I don’t go to nail salon much, but I wish they could of have asked what exactly I liked for my nails or if I liked my nails in the end. I was annoyed by the time I was done so I just pay “with tip” and left. They can keep my $ but I for sure won’t be coming back.

I booked for: Basic manicure and pedicure with gel removed from my hands. They didn’t start me until 25 min AFTER my appointment time so I chose to do gel rather than regular polish since I needed to leave 2 hours after my appointment time for another appt. The appointment I BOOKED, was supposed to take 70 min. I was there for 120 minutes. What I ended up getting was a way too long pedicure, and an express manicure. With gel. Charged for a full manicure of course which was lame, but I was just so glad to race out of there to be on time. I think that the front desk needs to be manned better to ensure that costumers and their appointment needs are being properly met. I’m disappointed in my experience after having made an appointment in hopes to avoid this specific type of chaos. My techs were great other than the fact they didnt listen when I asked to make sure my two appointments could be finished in time. Quality seems to be less important than quantity here it seems.
