Nichole always does an amazing job!! All staff seem very friendly
The last two times we have gone in for our appointments, we weren't even acknowledge for over 5 minutes. There were people around, yet no one even bothered to make eye contact, ask if we had an appointment or if we had been helped. Once we finally went back, the girl who was helping us kept pushing me to get my eyebrows tinted. Something I have no interest in. I don't think clients should be suggested services if they don't ask about them. Insinuating that you can make something "better" about a client, especially if they don't ask for that information is bad business. Two bad experiences is enough. We will not be going back. There isnt anyone there to check you in besides the person you made the appointment with, so that can be frustrating, but once I'm back with Tosha, she made the experience amazing. Ive only been three times, but she has made my hair exactly as I asked every time!
