Salon Ivy

If you look at my account, I never / rarely leave reviews, like ever. However, my experience with Brian at Salon Ivy is the reason I'll leave this one. First, I'm particular about my haircut. I have curly hair, and when it grows out I look similar to a sheep who has been lost in the mountains. About every 2-3 months I'm in DESPERATE need of a shear. Since moving to Alaska in 2019 I have had my hair cut by three people, the first two butchered me and I haven't returned to their salons. After asking around at work in early 2020, Brian at Salon Ivy was highly recommended because he knew his way around curly hair. Well, since my first visit back in early 2020 he has been my exclusive shearer. Not only does he do a great job in maintaing my Bob Ross-esque hair, he also is considerate of my time and is a great person to chat with!
