Not saying they'll do this for you, but I walked in late on a Sunday, and was offered drinks, snacks, then was immediately sat down after Sheena hung up my coat for me. She took her time and even tamed my terrible cowlick, all while providing a great conversation and some smiles/laughs. Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had at a barbershop. So I love the team at Majestic. Mo is the only person my son will go to and Sheena has some excellent styling skills. I had scheduled an appt for both my boys and realized that I’d scheduled it for the wrong day. The online system would not let me cancel or even r/s. I tried to call twice with no answer so I left messages explaining the situation and followed up with an email. This was more than 24 hours before the appt. I never received a response but rather charged 50% of the services without any further communications (per policy if appt is missed or cancelled LESS than 24 hours). Overall, I will continue going but will need to work through the anxiety of booking an appt online. Make sure you know the dates and that you will be able to make the appt MORE than 2 days ahead! My husband decided to get his hair cut after 2 years of growing it out. Sheena did an amazing job! So amazing that I went back for my own haircut 2 days later. She did an amazing job on my hair as well. The entire staff is friendly and the salon is beautiful. Prices are pretty reasonable as well. If you are looking for a new hair stylist, I would highly recommend checking this place out!
