Liz Nails

My friend gave me a gift certificate to this place. I got a gel pedicure and normal no polish manicure. Also did an eye brow wax. Everything was ok. For the manicure and the waxing I had to give some instruction but the technicians were willing and made adjustments until I was satisfied. I had to ask for a mask because the chemical smell is so strong in there it’ll burn your nose hairs out. They were very understanding and provided me with a mask. I would go back here for a manicure/pedicure.

Been coming here forever since it's conveniently in mall. They don't like it when you tell them anything negative, so don't say my nails are uneven, too long, not the shape you asked for, etc. They will smirk and talk in their native language (Iove bilingual people, but, not when they look at you and they're coworkers after you asked them if they could do "anything" differently and continue to talk amongst themselves). I'm used to nail technicians happily doing what the customer's ask for, and I tip well. Recently tried "VIP Nails" at REI mall, they listened and didn't say anything ????
