So impressed. My daughter and I were "walk-ins" at the end of a day and at a busy time and we were both fit in and welcomed. We both got great cuts and taken care of. On top of that the salon is cute and clean.
I called and booked an appointment over the weekend and had it scheduled for today at 5pm. Thankfully I called because I had not received a confirmation of my appointment and that just seemed odd with me being a new customer. Turns out my appointment was canceled for no reason with no contact. I was supposed to be with Alisha(if that’s the correct spelling). I have to say for customer service this is a bad taste in a potential customers mouth. I do not intend to use this business and I believe they need to think about who they employee and how they communicate.
I have gotten my hair cut at multiple places in Anchorage trying to find the right one-and Drift is it!! Laura gave me a perfect bob!! I am so excited my search is over, no more ponytails for me!!
