Online check-ins are a joke. The app check in doesn't work. 2 hour wait time. Store refuses to answer phone. WAFJ. Reminded me why I stopped coming here a couple years ago- they butchered my hair and they had to end up shaving it all off with a #1... They didn't make me pay for the haircut at least.
Pretty consistent haircuts for the price. Hats off, literally, to the stylists that stuck it out through the pandemic. Your craft and snipping skills are greatly appreciated.
Check in through the app because the person taking my info seemed irritated by having to put my info in the system. Spelled my name wrong after I told them how it was spelled. I understand that they were busy and they still had a person in the chair but a smile goes a long way. My hair stylist was fantastic she was engaging and made sure I knew what I wanted for my haircut.
