Great Clips

I was on the 157 minute wait list I checked in on time I got there at 11:45 it’s 12:29. I was number one on the waitlist for 20 minutes and they took 2 people after me. My kids were hungry and I kept telling them just a little longer. We finally just left because I needed to feed them and I was so upset all I needed was a trim. Cori was taken before Cindy and I and so was Jared which he is not on this list because I took the picture after the first incident had happened. Poor customer service.

Great prices. Great location. Before going set-up a appointment or online reserve. Save more time.

So with this great clips you can always expect a 150 minute or greater waitlist but I guess that’s understandable because of short staffing but when you put your name on the waitlist and get there less than 5 minutes after they tell you to come in and they take your name off of the waitlist and then you talk to the rude staff and they tell you they will get you in soon and the make you wait there for an hour while giving you nasty looks that’s when I feel compelled to leave a review and tell you to AVOID THIS GREAT CLIPS AT ALL COSTS!! There have been multiple time where I have gotten rude costumer service or a bad haircut from this place.
