They know how to dye black hair without damaging it!!! So I came here to fix my hair after it was messed up at another salon; my hair was brassy before and just terrible. She fixed my hair and talked to me through how the bleaching process goes which was huge for me because my hair was natural before the first salon messed up my hair. I was so afraid of any damage to my hair but I was taken care of!! My hair is damage free and beautiful now thank you so much!!! I used to get my hair done at this place more than 3 times and my daughter once. Every time I get my hair dye. My scalp always feels burn really bad. I thought it was only me til my daughter complained during getting her hair done then they rushed to wash her hair. The way my hair is washed it is not good. I would have soap in my ears. I would have stained on my tops, hair dye would be on my forehead close to my hairline, hair dye stain on my neck or behind my ears. The young woman that is really rude. I forgot her name but she is the daughter of the owner. Always frowning and telling people about the time they close with an attitude and her rude voice. Poor customer service. Just kindly tell the customers you don’t have time to serve them and have them come back the next business hours. I walked in after I called and I was told to walk in but I wanted to book an appointment. I walked a little passed 5pm before 5:15pm I believe. Just kindly refuse us and not make us feel unwelcome the
