I told the lady I needed a tight hair perm for my grandma and a trim. Her hair perm is loose and instead of a nice perm it looks messy. I then asked if she can trim a little more she trimmed her hair all over my elderly grandma clothes and wheel chair so I asked for her to get a bib on her and she put someone else's dirty bib on her. She was even about to let my poor grandma leave without drying her hair. I had to tell her to dry her hair. My grandma 83 years old she shouldn't of been treated like that.
I'm completely comfortable with my hair every time visit. I wouldn't ever choose a different hairdresser over this one.
While having to wait hours at other places for a haircut I came here without a appointment and got right in. I got the exact cut I asked for and will be back again.
