Arcadia from Fix Salon was knowledgeable and obviously passionate about the work they do as they were very informative through the entire experience and helped give me the needed know how and tools to continue my hair journey! This was my first ever professional cut and I’m more than happy with the results! I've been going to Mandy for cuts for a little while and last time I was in she suggested highlights, so I booked an appointment with her suggestion, Lindsey. I had my appointment with Lindsey yesterday - I was nervous because I haven't had my hair colored in 10 or so years. I have naturally dirty blonde hair and just wanted to highlight some of the lighter parts around my face without getting super light or obviously highlighted. I prefer a really natural look and it can be hard to communicate that, but Lindsey was super attentive, she asked clarifying questions and kept me looped in at every step of the process. On top of that, she was delightful to spend 2 hours with! She's a lovely person and made what can be a really tedious experience enjoyable for me - I was giggling throughout the whole appointment. I recently moved to the Seattle area and was feeling tentative about the idea of going to a new salon. Luckily I hit the jackpot on my first try when I got my hair cut with Lindsey! She was so knowledgeable and was great at making sure I got the haircut I wanted to end up with. I’m someone who is pretty low maintenance when it comes to doing my hair, and she took extra time during my appointment to show me different easy ways to blow dry my hair or style it.
