*calls and asks* "do you guys take walk in?!" Gets told yes, gets there within minutes, they told me they can't take walk ins and that my 3 minute hair cut eouod need to be scheduled for later in the week. Sick. At least they were nice about it.

They are very nice and did a wonderful job. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is because the stylist just refused to give my daughter the hair cut she really wanted. She spent so much time making excuses on why my daughter did not want that haircut. In response to the bang appt. She was scheduled for a haircut. Bang trims do not get a wash and a bill for $60.

I had my hair cut cost $50. Gave the girl a $20 tip cuz she did a good job. But when I went home and washed it and dried it the front was long and needed to be trimmed a little more to blend in. I went back the next day thinking it would be a quick fix. I called before I showed up and they told me to come back no problem but when I got there the stylist was like.. it’s your hair and how it grows. I just asked to trim a bit off but she on about how she spent an hr on me yesterday to get how I wanted it and began to say she can’t get every hair perfect and that it would be to stressful to expect that going forward. Well this was only my second hair cut and I’ll NEVER GO BACK. I only asked to trim the front of my bangs and top but after her whole long verbal rank about why she couldn’t do it, I took the cape off and walked out. They lost my business and anyone who asks , I’ll never recommend them. Service: Haircut
