Went it to just re do my highlights and Isabella obviously don’t know what she was destroying my hair and usually takes about a hour and a half she took 3 and a half hours on top of that she was just straight up sloppy

Was probably the only African-American client they’ve ever had and the service was even more terrible the second time around than the first. Anna (hair stylist) even tipped herself and claimed it as an extra charge without informing me. Will not be associating with this salon from -now on.

I could not be happier with my experience! Just moved from Miami and my daughter wanted a very unconventional haircut. Based on the other positive reviews and images I took a risk, and it paid off! Our stylist was Shavaughn and I cannot sing her praises enough. She is incredibly attentive, technically talented, and a genuine artist. So happy to have found our hairstylist so quick after moving!! Overall the general vibe of this salon was a happy environment with high end products and services.
