Nour is absolutely fantastic! And I mean that. Zero exaggeration. From the moment she greeted me this morning to the hug goodbye it was an incredible experience. I have been searching for a L’Oréal professional salon in Austin for so, so long I had basically given up. I came across Green Valley yesterday and booked an appointment immediately. Alli helped so much yesterday in determining what it is I needed and have used previously. I have gone to the same salon basically all my life. But it’s a weekend event at this point because it’s back home and it was just becoming too taxing to make the trip every 6-8 weeks. Nour listened to what I have been using my entire life and what it is that I wanted done and carried it out flawlessly. My hair is buttery soft and so radiant.
