My appointment at LaidByTima was EXCELLENT. I love the way my hair look. Tima and her employees have great customer service skills and they are very kind. Tima and he team keeps the salon clean and neat. A++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️????

My first visit to Tima's salon was amazing. Tima was informative, very polite, welcoming, patient and made my hair look amazing. She took time to listen to my hair concerns. She made me feel very comfortable. In addition, every individual that left the salon, left with great looking hair. Without question, they absolutely know what they are doing. I would recommend her and her salon to all friends and family. I traveled from far out east long isalnd to have my hair washed, treated and had a sew in weave done, it was well worth it. Thank you! The most welcoming and pleasant experience in all of the salons that I visited in NYC. I was immediately embraced by the manager, who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The owner was also present during my visit and she took the time to give me a warm welcome and make sure I had everything I needed. Although, I didn't get a service done that day I definitely plan on returning!
