Marina had her assistant touch up my roots that should have been ash brown she colored them hat black. She didn’t speak English at all only Russian. And she talked on FaceTime with a woman the entire time I was in there so unprofessional. I don’t think she has a license to apply color products to hair. My color looks awful. I told her to wash it out she had no idea what I was saying and was annoyed I was disturbing her video call Service: Hair coloring

I have been to many hair salon's and I have to say this is the best one I have ever been to. I went to Panache because I saw what a beautiful job that was done on my daughter's friends hair. They highly recommended that I go. Well, I was so happy. I feel totally transformed!!! If you are sick and tired of your hair looking orange or not the way you wished, then this is where you need to go!!!! Thank you Marina for doing such an amazing transformation on my hair!!! This place was so-so. The technician who did my nails did a good job- my nails look great! However, I did have to argue a bit to get her to cut them short, and then the color I wanted, and at one point she asked me if I wanted to wax my arms, which I found a bit offensive. My main issue with this salon is the complete lack of Covid protocols. One of the stylists was not wearing a mask at all, the receptionist had hers half off. There were no cleaning protocols evident, no dividers, nothing. I will not return for that reason alone. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
