I came to MC after a horrible experience elsewhere. I was loyal to my previous salon in another state for 10 years and moved to Raleigh without any referrals for a salon. After the other salon was a bust, I sought out Ashely at Mark Christopher. From the second I sat in Ashley's seat, she wanted to know all of the things I've liked and not liked about previous services. She wanted to know what exactly happened at my most recent appointment elsewhere that didn't meet my expectations. She explained everything she planned to do in detail before beginning. She was kind enough to give me an estimate of the total charges to make sure we were aligned on the plan. I let Ashley know that the health of my hair (long, blonde, processed for years) was the most important thing above color and tone. She kept that in mind for the duration of the appointment and continued to check my foils to be sure I wasn't over processed. I was looking for a salon that had a stylist that specialized in blonde hair coloring and I’m so glad I found Ashley at Mark Christopher Salon! Ashley is so talented and does an amazing job everytime coloring and cutting my hair! She is super knowledgeable and so friendly. She will be my stylist forever!
