Trends & Tresses is an amazing salon with phenomenal stylists and staff. I've been a client of the owner, Kelly, for many years and have referred other family members and friends. I've also been serviced by Whitney for braids and extensions. These ladies have never left me disappointed and I've always been satisfied with my service. I especially enjoy the steam hydration treatments and appreciate that appointments always run on time. Clients never spend hours waiting to be serviced and receive proper care and attention at every step of their service. One of the things I appreciate most is that the stylists specialize in healthy hair care and continuously participate in training events to learn the latest trends and techniques for styling and maintaining healthy hair. I wish someone answered the phones.... wanted to book a service due to the amazing reviews. Called 4x no answer. WISH I could give 0 stars or -5 Since you seem to think a reply of that status is acceptable customer service. I DID GO ONTO the website and had to create a profile. In which it prompted me to call for it to unlock my profile to book an appointment. Did not know that an entire salon would be closed for vacation- when google stated your regular hours. Since you had time to type that piss poor response.
