Tina is my go to :) she’s really kind and patient- so is Liz! They both are great. Helen is a caring nail tech and takes pride in what she does. Overall, these 3 are solid. Clean establishment and close to home.

Waxing was a nightmare. The technician was very inexperienced and caused a lot of trauma to the area waxed due to very heavy application of wax to very large areas at once. Charged 51 $ for alot of pain, damage and there's still hairs left everywhere. Technician blames that I haven't been waxed in a long time caused the results. They didn't have tweezers, just plucked a couple hairs with finger nails and then slathered hydrocortisone. Literally Never Had such a bad experience before

I would never go to this place again. The first time I went there I loved my nails and that’s why I went back. However the second time was a disaster. I hated my nails. Even as she was doing them I could tell she put the acrylic powder too thick in certain areas. I called it to her attention and she oh no don’t worry she’s going to file it. My cuticles hurt and one was bleeding, but of course she didn’t notice. I had her redo the shape and it was still bad. I left there feeling upset and so I went back the next day to try and get it fixed which was a whole other scenario that will be too much to type but it’s part of the reason why I don’t wanna come back. When she was fixing my nail shape, she said the reason why it looked bad is because I chose a color that was too light. Also my nail started lifting only two or three days after I got them done and by one week, I could literally pop half of them off. I usually don’t leave long reviews like this but I really wasted my money and I’m up
