Wonderful service! First time going to this salon, I made an appointment prior and I asked for my first ever perm (I provided pictures of it, freshly done right as I got home from the salon). Lori was incredibly nice and had good communication. She really makes sure you're comfortable there. It was a very relaxing atmosphere, very safe and aesthetically pleasing with all the Patrick Nagel poster frames and good music. The prices are really worth it for the awesome services and skills provided. I'm happy I found this place. EDIT 6/12/21: I finally washed it and diffused/styled it to my liking. After many years of bad haircuts, Lori has not only been able to revive the volume back to my hair, but also fix bad hair cuts when I got my hair cut out of town when I wasn't living at home. My hair went from straight to wavy/curly with just a haircut! I would recommend Lori to anyone with wavy curly hair who needs volume and fullness. I also got an all over color to get my hair back to natural after dying the bottom blonde and she is able to match your roots very well so that it looks natural.

Lori Friend has been my hair stylist for years. She does a fantastic job cutting, coloring and highlighting my hair. She has also taken care of my three daughters' hair from the time they were young girls into their adult years. One of my daughters who works in NYC comes home to have Lori give her highlights. Lori is THAT good. She is a true professional!
