(Don’s Essence) Essence Nail Spa 2

This salon is amazing! My nails look beautiful every time. All the technicians I have had take their time, and do great work. Everyone is so kind, I never want to anywhere else.

Came as a party of 5 with a appointment made 3 weeks ahead. Asked for the private room. Was sat with 4 other people and had to have our group seperated and wait. Never offered drinks or spoken to. Sat for 40 minutes! Finally sent in 2 girls for 5 of us. Sent us one by one for nails. One of us was left for over an hour waiting for nails , after asking MULTIPLE times if she was forgotten. All 4 were done before the last one was even started with her nails. Girls who provided services did well, and went above and beyond with designs, the scheduling and management was absolutely horrific !!!

I had a great experience here, the place is beautiful and the employees are so sweet. I was offered a complementary drink with my service. The nail techs really listen to what you asked for and if there was any miscommunication, they had no problem grabbing somebody to clear of the miscommunication to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I am definitely recommending this place to all of my friends and clients! Don is amazing and he helps his staff be amazing as well!
