The young girls at the front desk were very hard to deal with. My daughter had an appointment with a certain person and when she called to ask a question, she was told the woman decided to take the day off and we were suddenly left without an appointment. No one ever informed us, good thing we called!! It was a headache to adjust the appointments, but we did. We got there the day of only to be told someone else would be taking the bridal room and the entire party would now be split up. After several conversations and having to pull up the contract, we were finally allowed in. Upon leaving, the girl checking us out was too busy eating her cheetos to notice us. It was a mess and I wouldn't suggest it for your wedding party. Our hair was nicely done and I was very impressed with how well it held up. Just wish it would have been a more enjoyable experience for what was paid. Service: Bridal services

First I had a wax appointment with MacKenzie. She was amazing. I will be scheduling with her regularly. She made me feel at ease the whole time. Then I had a full highlight and cut with Lyndsay. She did such a great job on my hair. My hair hasn't looked this good in a long time. Thank you ladies so much. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Waxing

Merissa did an amazing job- 10/10 cut and color on my hair. I am the happiest ive ever been with a haircut and my hair. She was a great conversation and professional and a nice human . I found my new stylist!!!
