I gave 3 stars because the past time I went here for a pedi, I had the best experience and would have given 5 stars. However, I tried to come in today and saw a sign that said they can’t take cards only cash or Zelle. I could tell that the sign had been there for a while and the receptionist said “it had been down for a while” so I elected to go elsewhere rather than grab cash or download an app. Only leaving a review so mgmt can see and fix their card issues. It’s unfortunate because it’s a great place, but in the end, it’s not the customer’s responsibility to accommodate the business in that way. It’s the business’ responsibility to accommodate the customers not force them to run around or go out of their way and incur fees so the business doesn’t have to. Everyone knows people don’t carry cash anymore. I went across the street to a place that took my Visa card.

Let me start out by saying the customer service here is exceptional! I booked the gelx nail appointment with Suzy, who was just absolutely wonderful and a definite pro when it came down to the process! I had also requested nail art, and once my nails were completed, I then got to have the pleasure of having Morgan do my nail art! I showed her a reference photo, and she took these nails to the next level! I figured I might have a hard time finding someone who could draw Pokémon characters (Umbreon & Espeon), but all Morgan needed was a photo and went straight to work! Now let me tell you she sat there patiently and worked diligently and took the time to ensure I was happy with the results! I will most certainly continue coming back, as they have some exceptional and talented nail techs! If you are looking for amazing work for a fair price, then I highly recommend you check this place out! Thank you so much, Suzy and Morgan! You all made my day!

I love these ladies. I've only been there twice, but it's like going and checking in with my friends every couple of weeks. They are sweet, funny, and love to chat. I heard beautiful voices singing. Marissa even stayed late to do my pedicure. Thank you for making us feel at home.
