Dazzle Me Nail Salon & Lashes

I was excited to try this place as I needed to get my nails and a pedicure done ASAP. I was greeted by Jorge and his vibrant personality..however I could sense some hostility between Kim (the one who did my pedicure) and Jorge. Kim was speaking in another language which im not privi to however i know body language.. and it was uncomfortable!!! From what I could tell Jorge was in charge at the moment and Kim was blatantly dismissive of his orders/requests...not a good vibe to sit through when your trying to get some me time...it was Ruby (who did my nails) and her great customer service that made me finally relax. No customer should be able to sense any hostility amongst the establishment they are obtaining services at...NEVER!!! Thank you Jorge & Ruby...although your efforts to provide quality customer service was evident..all it took was 1 bad apple to ruin the experience for me... ***Not only that the pedicure she provided was not worth what I paid for***

I love Kim! She does an amazing job at making my natural nails beautiful. She knows that I like them short and nude and she always does exactly what I ask! This shop is amazing. Customer service is top notch. The shop is very clean! It is so very cute. I am pleased to be a repeat customer. Services: Nail extensions, Nail painting, Nail repair
