This is a great location. Friendly staff who listen and can anticipate what kind of haircut I want. The owner is frequently on site and always helpful!

I showed Kristine a pic of the hair cut I wanted. I wanted even layers on both sides like in the pic. I told her i want my haircut while parted on the left because that how I will be wearing my hair. She got irritated and parted my hair on the right and insisted it wont make a difference and just started cutting before I couldnt even explain to her that thats how Great Clips in Redlands screwed up my hair in 2017 and took 2 years to grow out. So she just cut it quick and claimed it will look good. I paid and still gave ger a $15 tip because I gave her the benefit of the doubt.My hair was still wet after she was done cutting and I told her I will be able to see how it looks once I go home and blow dry it and try to style it. (You cant see how your hair looks completely till its dry. )I got home dried it and theres a very short big chop on right side and left side had no layers at all just like Great clips bad haircut. I finally got a hold of her after another girl lied to me that Krist

My daughter has curly hair, and she asked if the girl was experience cutting curly hair. She said yes, and she did a really bad job. My daughter asked for i to be cut, so when it curled up it would be shoulder length. It's looks like she cut nothing off and then chopped uneven layers randomly. The girls were nice and friendly but cannot cut curly hair.
