We have been long time customers of Red Beauty Lounge and have always had excellent service. From our lead stylist, Amy to her staff-we are well taken care of. They are always helpful to work with our busy schedule to get us in for haircuts or any other service. It has a great atmosphere and lots of great products too. I made an appointment to get my hair permed. Was very specific about what I wanted and even showed pictures of my fresh perm from the previous year as an example of the tight curls I wanted. The young lady who permed my hair was very sweet but unfortunately did not do a good job. When rolling my hair, there were random strands of hair that weren’t even in the rollers. She fixed a few and continued to roll my hair barley wet which was causing lots of frizz. When she started applying the perm to my hair I informed her that my normal lady uses 2 bottles due to my hair being long and thick. She then told me that she was moving fast and distributing the solution evenly so there would be no need for a 2nd bottle. After everything was finished and I made it home, I noticed that my hair was not curly at all as it started to dry. But instead it was crinkled/ wavy. I called immediately to express my concern as well as sent photos. I was told to wait a few days. 3days later on Saturday, I called
