Lavish Salon and Spa

My husband scheduled me a facial, mani, pedi and massage here end of May for my bday, anniversary and mother days gift. I arrived 10 minutes early and was not greeted so I took a seat. After 10 minutes I stood up and waited by the entry way. After no one still greeting me I interrupted someone doing hair and asked. A gal came out from the back and started my facial. Facial - it was cut short, only lasting about 35 minutes. She applied a couple masks and had me sit and removed it once she came back. I asked which facial I was being given and she said "moisturizing". Never asked what issues I had with my skin or anything. Mani/pedi - didn't cut my nails or trim my cuticles. She scrapped my heal which really hurt the next day at the gym but thankfully healed before I went to Disney a couple days later. I ended up removing the toe nail polish the next day as it was all messed up. They offered to redo it after my massage but long story short my car got hit while I was parked and so the cop
